Does anyone recommend any URL wire-framing tools

I've found some older threads recommending wire-frame tools, but none since 2012 so I thought I would re-ask the question.

Does anyone have any recommended wife-framing tools for quickly assessing website URL Structures?

I'm specifically looking for the ability to upload a sitemap or the URLs from a Screaming Frog crawl and have it automatically pull it into pages that I can add comments and instuctions on.

I've found a couple that seem close:

www.dynomapper.com

www.jumpchart.com

But neither quite fit the bill.

So you want each page type to cluster together into a single wire frame for that group? Or you want a list of URLs in a table that you can add comments to?  Maybe use http://www.wirify.com within a couple of those clusters. Cheers!
