Why does OSE redirect to another url when the url you're testing doesn't redirect in your browser?

Run an OSE report on www.schoolmatters.com/ca/san-diego/personal-injury-lawyer/. OSE redirects to brandingwithseo.com. Why? And if you go to brandingwithseo.com in your browser, it redirects to seocompany.org. Why is OSE redirecting? It appears the links that come up are a combination of links for the seo company and for schoolmatters.com.

When I run that page in Open Site Explorer, I do not see a redirect. (I also don't see any links.) If I switch it to look at the root domain instead, I see a bunch of links to various pages.

It seems that this root domain hosts pages for other companies, including lawyers, web design companies, and this seo company. So if you look at the links to the root domain, you will see links to the various companies on that domain.
