Sitemap.xml service or software

Unfortunately the site I have does not automatically generate its sitemap.xml nor can I have anything installed onto the site to do it.  What are some good paid tools (As most free tools either have a limit or a term against business use) that I should look into.  Lastly, I do not want any type of subscription as I will have an automatically generated sitemap.xml with an upcoming site launch.

I suggest using Screaming Frog SEO Spider - it has an XML sitemap generator tool and the tool itself is cheap and very useful in many other ways.
