Moz not reading Visit to my website

Hello ,

i have conencted moz to My new ecommerce website , MOZ is not reading any visits , although i can see the visit on google analytics and i have moz connected to My analytics as well, why i cant see the visits ?

need your help please

How long ago did you connect Moz and your website? Perhaps not enough time has passed yet to see your reporting.

last thursday, i have a 1200 sessions nothing is showing on moz , i have double checked that i have connected my analytics code correctly and all is ok , but still can't see visits .

ok so , now i am seeing a small number of visits , although it does not reflect what i am seeing in GA :S

Hi There,

I am really sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. This would be a great question to send into help@moz.com, because we can go over account details and provide a one on one correspondence with a helpster. Also, in order to verify if there is an issue with GA we will sometimes need a screen capture of your GA account numbers.

In general though, we usually take a snapshot of the your GA traffic at the start of the day and if Google finishes collection after we take the snapshot the results may be a bit off. This can create a discrepancy, but from the information you have provided it would seem to indicate a larger issue.

We should be able to resolve it once you email help@moz.com and if you have any other questions or concerns in the meantime please let me know.
