Bing Ads Editor on Chromebook?

I recently got a new chromebook and I wanted to download the bing ads editor on it.  Unfortunately this is not working since the OS is not Windows.  Does anybody know a way around this?

Did some poking around, and it looks like the only solution is to log-in remotely to a computer that's running Windows.
