Redirect two existing domains permanently to a brand new domain

If there are no historic penalties on the 2 old domains then there's no need to worry

There can be a penalty if one of the sites had one (it can transfer) also there can be some hindrance if the site is different subject matter.  Google is aware of it two domains you will be fine but you can't do it to many domains (I.e there is something stopping you just buying 50 used domains and redirecting them).

in short

• as long as the old domains do not have a penalty
• They are very similar subject matters
• you should be fine

P.s make sure you transfer each page to a very similar one to help maintain maximum transfer or you might loose authority along the way.
