What is the best catalog platform that outputs pages in html and is best for SEO

The title essentially says it all. I am looking for a platform that outputs pages in html format and has the best flexibility and configuration for SEO. It would need the ability to bulk upload products and without having to add a purchase feature at first. It would be a plus if the ecommerce side was easy to implement down the road.

You should check out Prestashop. It has a catalog mode and can be flipped to ecommerce with the click of a button.
