Main FB page with all the languages or FB page for each language ?

Hello guys,
I have a client that ask for me to manage all his social activity.
He have an eCommerce store from the fashion market.
His website is in few languages.

I wanted to ask what do you recommend.
To open to every language a FB page or to open a main page with all the information's ?

Do you have audiences in each language, are you going to engage with them? There seems little point in having a few FB pages not used compared to one main page that has good engagement and is used. I would look at it that way which way will help your audience and thus improve the brand.
