Competitors in campaign settings

I am setting up my first campaign in Moz. In the settings there are 3 fields in which to add competitors, but I'm unable to save competitors 2 and 3. Why?

I'm afraid we would need a bit more information in order to investigate what may be causing the issue saving the competitors during your campaign set-up. Can you please email us at help@moz.com with the competitors you are trying to add and a screenshot of the error you are seeing when you try to save them? This information will help us track down the issue.

Hi, Chiaryn,

No error message - when I save the competitor sites nothing happens. Tried several times, but the campaign name and url do not get saved.

Here are the competitor sites I am trying to enter:

Thanks for following up. It looks like we may have been having an intermittent issue saving the competitors on your campaign, but I was able to get them both added for you. Please take a look and let me know if you need any other assistance.

Thank you! I do see the competitors now in settings. Now I need to figure out where to see the keywords and rankings reports. Will those take a few days to pull in, or am I just not seeing them?

Hey Janet,

You should see the keyword rankings under the Search>Keyword Rankings tab. Because all of the competitors were added after the initial data collection for this campaign, we will not have rankings data for them until the next weekly update, but you should see data for your competitors under Link>Competitive Metrics, since that updates withour link index, which updated yesterday.

OK, I appreciate the explanation. It's probably something I could figure out from reading the instructions, but it would have taken a long time to ferret it out. BTW, I subscribed simultaneously to another service, and was up and running within an hour on that one...I love Moz for many things...will see how the reports eventually help my clients.
