URL Question

This url looks bad: http://www.patrickmunoz.com/#!classes/c1vw1
And when you click around the page change doesn't actually occur, it's a fade into the next page. I think this is a major problem for rankings.
Although pages are crawled:
When I search for a simple page - "patrick munoz FAQs" nothing comes up:

I am With you on bad URL Configuration. I think it should be Properly Configured as It will Also Help Visitors coming from Search Engine as well as Search Engines as well..
It has a Very Simple Solution : Make More Optimized URL's and Redirect these indexed pages to the New One's.
I also checked your Blog URLs and Man it looks horrible. You need to make them Better Optimized.

Based on your description above, to Google or the bots, it only seem like it is 1 page with the URL and it is definitely bad for SEO. I am assuming the developers have some sort of script in your website to create this effect. I would suggest removing the script and making it not so fancy and have different URL for each page.
Furthermore, the URL itself is bad since it doesn't tell bots and users what the page is about. You should look into how to optimize URLs or best practices for optimized URLs.
