What you are talking about are what are known as "sitelinks" in Google.

They are automated by Google, and while you can't tell Google what site links you want, you can tell Google not to display specific pages by demoting the link. You can take care of this in Google's Webmaster Tools, as described here:
        https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/47334?hl=en

When Google displays site links under your site, it usually means that those pages are also highly relevant for the end user. Sometimes that means that those pages listed as site links also have top rankings, too.

        I hope this helps!

          Agree with Jeff.

I noticed, however, that using some king of markup to let Google know your "most accessed" and important locations increase the chance of getting those pages in the sitelinks, ie: HTML5 tags like

          <nav>.</nav>

Yes, Google will add in site links if they determine that your sub-pages are also important for the search results.  It's all done auto-magically, so it's not something you can set.

You can tell Google if you don't want certain pages to show up as sitelinks.  But beyond that, the best advice I have is to create compelling content that engages with the end user... and strong rankings will likely result 🙂

              Hope this helps!
