Can you tell me aabout All In One SEO

I have inherited All In One SEO plugin and Meaasure My SEO. I can not find any information on either one.

Does one have an advantage over its competior? Could both of them be used together or at the same time? Can you tell me how I can find instructions on how to use each of them?

I have been using the Yoast SEO plugin is much more advance than "All In One SEO"... and is super easy to use...  After you install many tools will be available in your post page on wordpress admin those tools  will help you make sure you do everything right when comes for on page SEO.  Also make sure you generate the sitemap and submit on Google webmaster Tool.

Agree with Felip. Yoast SEO is an excellent on-page SEO plugin for Wordpress. I love the 'Force rewrite Titles' feature as with just one tick mark, all your titles are optimized. Cannot imagine working with WP sites without this plugin.
