Please help with creation of slideshare

Just wondering how I would go about creating something like this

With the help of a designer. The slides in the example you pointed are images. You need someone creative with decedent skills in a graphics editing program like Photoshop and after the images are made you use any slideshow creation software to transform them into a presentation.
