EBay Seller Ratings with Google Shopping

Hi,

We have a Google merchant account (paid) and sell products through eBay listings. EBay automatically sends Google Shopping our product feed and they show up in Google's Shopping results but our seller ratings do not.

Our competitors on eBay seem to have their ebay ratings/feedback show on Google Shopping which is obviously an advantage over us. Is anyone able to shed any light on how to get our eBay seller feedback to appear on Google Shopping results?

I think eBay's feed and Google is not 100%, I noticed some people were having issues when they changed their store name on eBay and then tried to transfer the feed rating data over too Google Shopping.

Have you submitted the eBay feed to Google Shopping?

Did you change your store name?

Overall this seems like something that eBay tech support or Google Tech support need to look into if you have done all the correct feed submission / ratings data and you do not have any issues with your eBay account.

Many thanks for your reply, we haven't submitted our feed to Google Shopping, this is done automatically by eBay.

Do you think this could be why? I'll give this a try this week / look into how to do this.

Also, we haven't changed our store name/ URL. We've contact support on both ends, and searched around for solutions but all come back to the same conclusion. All resources seem to of run dry. Both eBay and Google say it's not their issue, as others have mentioned. - Which is helpful.
