Where is the reconsideration button guys?

When I go into webmaster tools there is no button for requesting a review as you mentioned it says “No manual webspam actions found”.

Please help what can I do for Google to reconsider my site?

Google have made some changes mid August so that you can only submit a reconsideration for Manual actions.

From Search Engine Roundtable: "reconsideration requests only work for manual actions, not for algorithmic actions. So it makes sense that Google only allow you to submit a reconsideration request, which they are now calling "request review," under the manual actions. It will lead to less reconsideration requests for Googlers to review and the requests submitted should be more on target."
