Effect SERP's internal 301 redirects?

I'm considering installing Wordpress for my website. So I have to change the static URL's from /webpage.html to /webpage/. Yet I don't want to lose in the SERP's. What should I expect?

Hey there,

As long as your redirects are implemented correctly you won't need to worry about the SERP's. If for any reason you do see a change in your positions it will be short lived...

I know it can be a nervous time when implementing redirects! I've done a few! But I wouldn't worry

You'll want to use 301 redirects from the old pages to the new pages to tell search engines that the values assigned to the old pages should now be assigned to the new ones.  Here's the info you need to to that:
