PageRank vs. Domain Authority

A web-site has PR5 but in OSE I see that Domain Authority is only 26.

I've also checked and the domain was registered in 2009.

Is this normal?

disparaging gaps between pageauthority and pagerank isn't uncommon. Sorry to tell you, Page Authority is much more valuable. The continuous refresh of the metric has left PageRank behind in the dust. I see that Page Authority is really very important signal, but is it more valuable for Google too than PR?
