Best way to find Twitter contacts. In depth research.

Hi,

I was curious if anyone knew of a tool that would allow for some in depth twitter research.

I think it's more than what followerwonk can do.  I'm wanting to find the following:

Real people (not businesses) that have more than 100 tweets.  Who have tweeted in the past 2 weeks, and who have more than 400 followers and a blog/website link on their profile.

Anyone know of anything that could do that?  I'm guessing a developer could write a script for something like this?

I have done extensive research and testing to find the best Twitter tool and I prefer SocialBro (www.SocialBro.com). You can filter by all of the criteria you mentioned as well by influence, by how often a user is listed, by account age, by time zone, country, gender, etc. It also allows you to monitor tweets, find the best time to Tweet, create lists and analyze competitors.
