You're not getting penalized from bad backlinking, so you've got that going for you. Just a thought, but maybe Google could see keyword stuffing in the titles? The title for that page is

" New homes| home builders| builders| builders Victoria"

What keyword was that page ranking for before that now it is not? Think of it as if you only could look at the code of the page. Can you tell what that page is about? You may want to start with some on-page optimization if you want rank for a term.

The site looks great except for what Ryan said and some minor issues.

I have personally seen a drop on high-ranking competitor keywords drop for "no reason" for a day or so and get back up there (it could be an issue involved with reindexing). Not saying don't worry about it, but in a day or so I would be more concern. Good luck.
