Hi there,

In short, you increase Domain Authority and Page Authority by increasing the number of good quality, external links to your website. You can read more about how DA works here.

There are a variety of ways to do this and it's worth checking out a few resources on link building such as the Moz Beginner's Guide and perhaps my Link Building Book. There is also lots of blog posts here.

One place to start with your website could be to look at super in-depth guides and long-form content around coffee and related topics such as caffeine and it's effect on the body/health etc. You can then promote this content to other websites and perhaps get expert comments on the content if it's of a high enough quality.
