I want to know how PA works in MOZ?

I want to know how PA works in MOZ? Like I have a website https://myinfo.pk its DA is same on all posts but when I see PA of IESCO Bill Page and LESCO Bill page. Both are different. Why PA is different of many posts when DA is same. Is there any specific reason?

In simple terms, Domain Authority is our best prediction about how content would perform in search engine rankings on one site vs. another. Page Authority answers the same question for an individual page, each page can be different therefore they could have different scores. Both are amalgamations of all the link metrics we have combined into a single, predictive score.
