Google Search Console Internal Link Issue

Hello,

We have an ecommerce site on shopify and in our ‘Google Search Console Internal Links’ it’s recording one URL with a few thousand links to it (more than the homepage). The issue is we can’t seem to find the link on any of the pages listed or even in our primary navigation.

The page is live, being indexed and even getting a fair amount of Organic Landing Page Traffic.

We reviewed all of the source code, site cache, looked through all of analytics for user maps, content drilldowns, referral pages..etc. and ran a Moz crawl test to check all canonical tags, indexfollow tags…etc. and still not sure where GSC is seeing the links.

If anyone has experience with this type of issue or has any insight it would be very appreciated.

What link are you referring to? Do you mean the URL? Is it possible it's in a test region?

Thank you for your email and help. It’s a URL; essentially all of our products are placed in different collections. The URL in question is an all-encompassing Collection page with every product listed.

This ‘/collections/all’ page which shows a few thousand inbound links to it on Google Search Console can’t be found on the site even on the landing pages listed. Any suggestions on why this could be or something else we could check?

We are having the same issue on our site, this this ever got resolved?
