Star snippet not work

Hi

I write a json+ld script for star snippet in my website but not work in my first page.

you can see it in this URL https://www.alibaba.ir

when I googled my keyword "بلیط هواپیما" my competitor show with star snippet in SERP but my site doesn't show.

Personally I am not massively familiar with Alibaba, however, if it is anything like Google in the organic SERPS, then just because you have your star rating in place does not mean it will be displayed. Keep the ratings scheme on the chance things change and it gets displayed in the future.

when I search "پرینتر سه بعدی" star snippet appears for a couple of my competitors in serp but it doesn't appear for me.
