If I can just learn the problem I can hire accordingly. But there doesn't seem to be anything wrong. It's just Google is causing the problems with no reason. All technical and on-page SEO is fine, even Google doesn't see any problems when i use "TEST LIVE URL" button but somehow doesn't index unless I do it manually.

If I hire someone or some agency, they'll just do a few scans, tell me some unrelated random things and It won't make a difference in the end. (I know this because I've already tried it when this problem started)
