Global Keyword Rank Research? What is the best method to do this?

I am looking for a tool that will show my how my competitors rank for keywords across regions. Can MOZ help with this? I know right now I can add their website and export a list of terms they rank for, but it would really help me to see how that number fluctuates and changes across the globe. Any solutions?

Tawny from Moz's Help Team here! If you have a Moz Pro subscription, you can set up a Campaign that will track all the keywords in that Campaign across up to four search engines, so you can see how you and your competitors rank for your tracked keywords across multiple countries. We don't have a way of showing "global" rankings, but we can show you rankings at a national level and, in a Moz Pro Campaign, at the local level, if you decide to track your keywords by a particular locale.

I can see that this is possible to do for google UK/ AU/ CA & US but is it possible to do for other countries such as Denmark,

To understand what keywords our competitors rank for in the UK I have used the Keyword explorer and searched the "root domain" of relevant businesses with the "united Kingdom- en GB" as the setting.

However, there is no Denmark setting. so how can I use Moz to gain insight into what keywords our competitors rank for in google search for Denmark.
