      Hello SEOs!

Can you please let me know which of these two SEO tool ideas you think is better?

      Tool 1: Live Error monitoring:

A service which continuously monitors your website and notifies you of SEO errors as soon as it happens. So if there are duplicate page titles, missing meta descriptions, robots.txt errors - etc - the service will let you know immediately, so that you can check and fix. Basically if anything at all goes wrong with the SEO for your website, it lets you know immediately (max within 24 hours).

Tool 2: Change Logs (something which notes down all the SEO changes you make to a website)

A service which shows you all the SEO changes and SEO errors that happened in the past. For example, imagine you are looking at your Google Analytics for 2018, and you realise that you had A LOT of traffic in October 2018, and you want to know what your SEO was like then?

So, this service lets you see all the SEO changes you made in those months that could have let to the traffic - e.g. how was the internal linking, what new pages were added/deleted, what pages content was changed, what page titles/meta tag changes you made in those months -- and also if you had any SEO errors. E.g. if Dec 2018, you looked at analytics and saw a dip in traffic - this service will show you all the SEO errors that were active in December and why the dip happened. Useful for seeing what SEO changes is actually working.

Both are sort of related, but which of these two is more important to you?

Will greatly help if you can let me know your thoughts on this.

      Thank you. Appreciate it.

Both tools sound really great in theory. I will definitely have them as they will help with simple onsite mistakes that can happen frequently. Especially, if you're working with huge and unstable websites where onsite errors might not even be your fault.

In the case of online stores, TOOL 1 could prove to be really valuable. As you have thousands of pages and a platform that can literally do anything at any given time. If it can really notify that error quick enough that would be priceless.

The second tool sounds awesome too. But I will go with the first one as it seems like an error prevention tool that will definitely be useful.
