Keyword entry Locally or Nationally? Does it effect my rankings?

so i put in my key words from my csv file from serpbook into this mozpro campaign but when i put them in i didnt know if it mattered if i just put them in for national instead of local. Does it show better statistics if i put them locally?

Entering a keyword either nationally or with a specific location will have different rankings.  Its really up to you how you want to track those keywords.  If you are unsure, you can also track a single keyword both nationally and locally, it will just count as two keywords towards your limits.
