Hi Jaward,

Don´t know any case where a tool does't show a meta tag when its present and there are no blocking issues.
As what it regards to thar site: https://nationalcarparts.co.nz/, there is nothing to worry about.

Performing a site: in Google it returs pages with proper title and meta description. Also using Screaming Frog it also found titles and meta tags. Check the attached image.
