Monthly Dashboard View

Hi, I'm running multiple campaigns and I noticed that one restricts my Dashboard view to only Weekly. I don't see a way to change this in the Campaign settings. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks.

If you're only seeing the "weekly" option on your Dashboard, that just means that we don't have a full month's data to display, so the "monthly" option is not available yet. You'll be able to see Monthly data after we have one full month's data to report.

Hi Tawny, is data collected based on when the campaign is setup or the report? I ask because my campaign has been setup for over a month, but the report was setup 2 weeks ago. Thank you.

Data should be collected based on when you created your Campaign, but the data might not be available in your report yet. Once we have a full month's data to show you, you should be able to include it in your reports.
