What are the little links under google search? How do I get them?

A competitor of mine has these little sitelinks under their search.

I'm wondering what they are and how I can implement them? Is it something set in Search Console?

I have those type of links in my adwords ads (I think they are extensions or sitelinks)

Those little links are called sitelinks.

• "You can't control whether or not Google shows sitelinks for your site.

• If Google decides to show sitelinks for your site, you can't control which ones they show.

• The best you can do is optimize your site hierarchy, internal links, and on-page elements as best as possible to make it clear (and simple) for Google to crawl and understand seperate sections of your site."

I'm wondering what I need to do to optimize my site hierarchy. I thought having a menu at the top would work?

One thing you can do is look in Google Search Console's Search Traffic > Internal Links report. Check and see how many times you yourself are linking to each page. If for example you have the most links pointing toward your homepage, work on removing some of those and adding links to deeper, more important, pages. What are important pages? There are two main kinds - the ones people are already seeing and converting from, and the ones you want people to see more and convert from.

The Related Products on your site are one good way of linking internally to more important pages. Another way is to manually link your content, such as creating blog articles and/or landing pages that compare several of your products and provide additional information that's not needed on the product detail pages.
