As far as I know you have to use the Review Aggregates to show up in the search results but also make sure that you're listing the actual reviews. Have you done both?

Agreed, in order to have your star rating appear in the organic search results you need to use the aggregate rating. This can be for brands, products or services etc.

I am not seeing the ratings in your code - has this been removed? You can check your schema is installed correctly via the Google Rich Snippet testing tool.

On another note, just because you may have the schema installed correctly does not mean they will show up, Google seems to determine this themselves, if many other business also have the snippet they may be cherry picked. Despite this, it is still best to have it in place.

Also noticed that you're missing "" around your review text ("reviewBody": Fantastic firm. We immediately felt welcome, relaxed, and confident about our case.,)–if there are any errors in your schema markup, that'll prevent Google from displaying it.
