What are everyones best practices to claim a YP listing that has the wrong number listed?  It isn't one of our numbers so we can't answer the verification call?  What have you done?

        Hi there

There should be a "Claim this business" button in orange on the listing you're wishing to update. Otherwise, you may have to track down your login information to update.

Also, here's also a step by step resource on how to edit your YellowPages listing via creating a new profile.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments! Hope this helps - good luck!
        Patrick

To let everyone know what I did to solve the issue.

          1. You can suggest an edit to a listing and then wait a few days for it to change.
          2. Then I called YP and got both listings claimed by my clients business account.  It was fairly painless and the rep on the phone was helpful.
          3. Updating all the information needed after claiming is easy after that.

            Hi Cory,

i see you solved this but I was going to recommend the Suggest an Edit button. I've found this to be the most successful when working with YellowPages. Simply add in the correct information and wait a few days for the edits to be made. If you don't see them after a week or so, fill out the edits again.

Glad you were able to resolve this!
