Is this a panda penalty? A slow decline like this. http://imgur.com/a/YZz9h

I've checked for penguin and nothing there. I've tried creating new content and we moved to HTTPS and added Rel Canonical to duplicate product pages. If you have time how you go about recovering this site?

Aaron, looking at the site's links, and the type of links that the site has (targeted anchor text and the sites linking), it looks like it is an issue with the links. If you've already cleaned up the site's on-page content and looked for duplicate content, then I tend to think that it's the links.

Regardless, i would spend some time cleaning up (actually getting toxic and  unnatural links removed) as well as disavowing the links that you cannot get cleaned up.

I've already did a disavowal file. The weird thing when I tool over the site didn't ahve webmaster tools set up so, I'm not sure if they had manual penalty. Any, ways I'll look further in to the link anchor text agin.

It looks like the backlink profile has had some ups and downs over the last 12 months. There was a drop in Nov, then peaked around the end of May and has been dropping since. Now if you have been removing links this would explain quite a bit. In the last 60 days 48 domains removed links. You may be losing older links that could influence your organic traffic. Make sure you're always adding new, high-quality links.

I didn't see a blog, are you adding new content to the site?

Also, you should fix the 'our products' drop down menu, doesn't fit in all browsers. You can use browserstack to check this.

It doesn't look like a penalty, but keep adding links, just make sure they are quality links.

I'm in the process of adding new content. Yes, you're correct we need to work getting quality new links.
