I'm researching influencers on a particular topic to produce conversations regarding a specific long-tail keyword phrase.

What tool is the best to use to find blogs using a keyword phrase in posts?

Google is a great tool for this. Example query - Blogs AND intxt:"marketing" or Blogs AND inurl:"marketing".
