How to obtain url for G+ review?

Hi Mozzers,

Is there a way to obtain, easily, the URL for my company's review page on Google+? It's easier to send a link to my customer than to explain how to let a review.

yes Google give you option here is the guidelines.

Eligibility requirements

To get a custom URL, your account needs to be in good standing and meet a few other requirements.

• For Google My Business listings: Must be a verified local business
• For brand pages: Must be linked to a website that ends with a public suffix like .com, .gov, .org or .co.uk.

You’ll need to link to your website’s basic domain, which should look like this: www.example.com. Your website won’t be eligible if it includes any of the following:
