Hi there,
First, we should state a few concepts:
- SEO is not a short term results strategy.
- Getting a perfect grade on the page optimization tool does not garantee to rank better.
- You should also provide us some more information, such as wether you've done or not linkbuilding.
Secondly, I've checked yout Linkbuilding profile with Ahrefs and magestic, and it does not look pretty. You have most of your links coming from chinese and russian sources and over 75% of your links are nofollow (77%) to be exactly (this coming from ahrefs).
An other thing to say is that you've started to do linkbuilding just a few months ago and have rapidly changed. Be careful with the linkbuilding part.
One last part, I'd strongly suggest you to take a deep rean on these two tutorials, one from MOZ and the other from YOAST, as you use wordpress.
The begginers SEO guide - Moz
Wordpress SEO - YOAS GuideHope it helps.

More than a month as gone now.
Your competitors are saying.... "We have been here working hard for the past 20 years."
A good score on "page optimization" only "qualifies" you to enter the SERPs. It does not produce automatic rankings. Rankings are earned by building a domain with authority and trust.
You are trying to make money from a geographic area, that means you need to invest in producing a buzz for your site and your business to perform well in local search. To do that you need local assets, such as local reviews, local mentions, local links.
-
As a new site, your best hope is to rank for longtail keywords, something like "best locksmith in london open 24/7" or the thousands of other variations on that.
Your best shot is to create one super epic, informative detailed guide on everything locksmiths in London. Something longer, more informative, and more interesting than anything your competitors are doing.
Then, like the other commenters have said, continue to build strong links from quality domains.
