I want to know which wordpress plugin is used on this page https://goo.gl/Ivgvhm(not promoting at all)  to show how many people reads the blog post. like 254 reads

Please also let me know how can I find all the wordpress plugins used on any website.

I used @ http://www.wpthemedetector.com/ but not providing all the plugins used on the website.

You could try using built with see: http://builtwith.com/?https%3A%2F%2Fwww.searchenginejournal.com%2F if you explore the widgets area it will give you an idea what they are using.

It seems to be brand new so this may be the best at the moment.

Yes Matt, I saw that yesterday on inbound but SEJ using since long time.

I am assuming they have hardcoded it themselves into their site using the same idea as the plugin does. When you said you wanted to copy it, that plugin I linked is probably the best way unless you get a developer to hard-code it for you like SEJ appears to have.
