Traffic drop on this site

I am SEO'ing this site but need some assistance in the analysis. it was doing not too bad but in the last 4 months the google traffic has really fallen off, i suspect the keywords may need improving but any tips or observations would be great.

I have looked at download speed, links and stuff like that. my feeling is that the content and keywords are things that need looking at.

Looking at Wayback, there have been development changes to the site - some of this included dropping H2 tags and replacing with spans for titles, removing internal links.

The drop will most likely be related to content/structure changes.
