I would say one issue with the homepage is that you have a really spammy and odd backlink profile. Not to mention all of these domains are copies of your site:
hrssi.com icourtinfo.com freyerandherzoff.com

Those are just a few I found. You have quite a few directories pointing to your site as well. That will definitely have an effect on the homepage and your ranking ability, as well as your MozRank. I would take a good look at your backlink profile, find the domains and sites that are copies of your site, and then do a technical audit.
