Can I get a Copy of Moz Receipt Sent to Accounting?

Would like to have an administrative assistant get a copy of the Moz receipt each month?

I would think the best thing you could do is set up a simple mail rule for the invoice link you get sent from Moz, that forwards to the accounts dept. Alternatively, you can also now set up seats in MOZ, this would allow access to other persons within your group.

Personally, I just download and send, its only a two minute job.

There's currently no way to automate an invoice receipt being sent to an alternate email address through Moz, so Tim's suggestions would probably be the best way to go: manually forwarding or setting up a rule to automatically forward the receipt.
