      Hello Mozzers

I had one small question to ask regarding app deep linking. I noticed websites ike http://www.huffingtonpost.com/ & http://www.trulia.com/ only include app deep links within desktop (www) versions of their websites but not include them on their mobile (m.) versions.

Is this the best way to implement app deep links? Shouldn't websites include app deep links from both mobile and desktop versions of their website.

Any help or tips will be highly appreciated. Thank you mozzers in advance.

Given that not all websites use an "m." mobile setup, I'm thinking that app deep linking to the desktop version of a page would be A-OK.

Thank you Rebecca for your reply. I agree there are many websites that do not have a m. variation and are responsive. In such cases its fine to have android links from the desktop version as its the only one available version.

I am not sure what to do when there is both desktop and m. version available for a website. Should I be placing deep links on both versions or just the one.

            Thanks for your help.

            • Something happened within the last 2 weeks on our WordPress-hosted site that created "duplicates" by counting www.company.com/example and company.com/example (without the 'www.') as separate pages. Any idea what could have happened, and how to fix it?
