Zoho or ...?

Hi.

Does anyone use Zoho? Can you put into laymans terms who needs it?

I mainly manage PPC and some social these days but looking to improve all the time.

Is Zoho any use for me? Would having Unbounce & Zoho be useful or can Zoho publish pages like UB?

Any help/info be great.

We just started using Zoho as our company CRM and it's working fine so far. Zoho can track the status of client accounts, set up reminders and you can include client phone calls, emails, etc. We like the unbounce integration feature so that when we set up landing pages on our website the leads can get populated in Zoho. We haven't used Zoho for publishing pages. Hope that helps.

We used Zoho at the start of this year but unfortunately it wasn't a very good experience. Some of their features at that time were full of bugs and we took a hard time to reach their support staff. Although, the interface was quite simple and sleek but the problems with core-features encourages us to discontinue.

I would not suggest you to skip Unbounce for Zoho at least for now. UB is really powerful and quite helpful for PPC campaigns. Play around with Zoho for a month and then make your decision!
