As the old saying goes: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it".
If you're ranking well already, I'd keep things as they are and give yourself a pat on the back!
The TLD itself (.com, .com.au etc) has very little, if any, impact on how your website performs. Other factors such as the onsite optimisation, link profile, NAP presence and citations etc would all have a greater effect.
Each site migration comes with its element of risk. My main thought here is that you won't want to jeopardise your rankings unless there is a compelling business reason for wanting to do the migration.

Did you take advantage of the country targeting for each site and hreflang tags / language tags that were mentioned in previous Q+As of yours?
