What is happening to our website ??? Not getting RANKING but Competitors do RANK well???
-
Difficult to say in a message, could be many reasons why your competitors are ranking better than you, you should check:
-
Content: Maybe they have better and more optimized content than you?
-
Domain authority: It also could be their domains have more authority && age.
-
Link profile: You should definetly check their link profile, maybe they have really good links that your domaint doesnt.
-
SEO ON PAGE: Analyze the SEO ON PAGE of your competitors and compare it with yours.
-
Social media: It may they are working this area better than you?
etc..........

I would advise you to make an SEO audit for your website. There are quite some issues, that could be resolved easily.
For example you are blocking www. version of your website in robots.txt, instead of redirecting it to the preferred version. If anybody would like to the www. version of your website, you wouldn't benefit from it, at all.
Try to create a full audit, then make a priority list for implementation. Results will come in time.

Thanks Keszi
Taking your advise to work on Complete SEO Audit may be good suggestion. I will be going to do this from start to end every corner of our website.
What about moz.com audiences, wouldn't they get benefit without having www. version pages website. I don't think, it's right to consider & work on this, 301 redirection works perfect here, even we also made preferred in GWT to tell Google treat our domain without www. prior.

Hi,
Try to fetch the www. version in Google webmaster tools. You should get a Blocked status instead of Redirected.
You are basically blocking their bot on the redirect. So let's say I will create a link towards your www. version (which should be redirecting). Any bot that would try to analyze it, but they are not allowed.
This is just my personal idea, but I do believe that if you have implemented a redirect, you shouldn't block it from the www versions robots.txt.

Hi Aman!
This won't necessarily solve your problem, and I sort of hate just plugging a Moz tool, but have you ever tried running a Full SERP Analysis Report in the Keyword Difficulty tool? It can let you know what factors are helping your top 10 SERP competitors rank.
There's a great video on using it here.
