Keyword ranking conversion

Julio,
You've asked a very broad question. When it comes to ranking a website for specific keywords, especially highly competitive terms like the examples you used, you will want to start with the fundamentals.
Since you are trying to rank for geo-specific terms, like Exotic Cars Rental Miami, you may find Moz Local to be a useful tool.
My first steps would be to:
- Create a Google Plus page for the business and match the Name, Address and Phone number on the website to the information you use for the Google + page. Make sure they are exactly the same. Then, you will need to verify the business information for the business page.
- At that point, you can start submitting the business information to local directories like Yelp, Merchant Circle, etc... these submissions are called citations. You can use this guide to get started.
Hope that helps.

Thank you for your fast answer, my question is if i want to rank for geo-specific terms, like Luxury Cars Rental Miami do i have to add that keyword to my content and URL or do i just use Moz local or Yoast Local SEO to do that

Julio,
The quick answer is both and maybe more. I am listing some areas you may want to look into expecting you to use on line resources to get the details.
I would suggest you use the Moz Pro tool to fix any on page issues. Then i would then use the page grader to make sure you have A grade pages for each critical key word sets. I would use the key word tracking tool in Moz Pro to validate that these URLs are validating on the key word tracking tool.
On the local side I would be sure to embed proper schema into the page as well as GPS coordinates. You should also utilize the Moz local tool as suggested above. I would also make sure you upload relevant photos into G+ with Alt text that includes the key word strings you are targeting.
I would write relevant blogs including photos over time (months) that integrate these key word strings. As you do these be sure to post these to Google Plus.
I might also suggest a Pinterest page with Photos of your vehicles with good Alt text. This is also a great way to do brochures with text describing each photo.
These are the quick and dirty things you can do.
A longer term project is to utilize Moz open site explorer to understand your competitive link picture and add relevant links until you are in line with the competition.
All of this may require some research and time on your part. Be sure to search these forums as well as use the on line educational resources to learn about these different ways to increase your visibility.
