Tools to monitor site changes

Hi Guys,

Just wondering what tools some of you guys use to monitor website changes.

E.g. new pages have been created (most important one), content changes, page has been taken down, , etc.

I've used watchthatpage.com and changedetection.com in the past.  Both were good, but it has been a while since I used either.  I came across trackedcontent.com recently as well, but haven't used that myself.

Let me know if any of those are useful.

Still using changedetection.com myself. I find it easy to setup and fairly reliable.
