How can I track if a landing page assists a lead/goal to another page in Google Analytics?
-
For example, I'm running a PPC campaign for site.com/landing-page and it consists of different product pages like below:
How to determine if /landing-page assists a lead/goal to a specific product page in Analytics?
Example scenario:
/landing-page -> /product-3 -> Lead
TIA!

Hi there,
The first thing you'll need to do is understand which of your pages are your best-assisting website pages.
Once you've set up conversion tracking, you'll have access to a handy set of reports about your conversions(those important actions your customers take on your website, such as a purchase or email signup).
These reports are called Search Funnels. Think of them as passages (or funnels) through which your customers complete a conversion.
Search Funnels can give you more detailed information about ads, clicks, and other elements that are part of your online campaign.
This gives you a better sense of your customers and, ultimately, the effectiveness of the ads and keywords you've created.
Anyway yo can find all the details here https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1722023?hl=en
Hope it helps you.

You could create a segment for just traffic from that campaign (based on your utm_campaign) and make sure that generating the lead is set up as a goal. From there you can go to the Conversion -> Goals -> Goal Urls and see which of your product pages have conversions.

Do you want to track the funnel, each variation and which direction people take? Or do you just want to see the leads coming from the landing page?
