Sitelinks are automatically generated links that may appear under your site's search results. Sitelinks are automated. Demoting a URL for a sitelink tells Google to not consider this particular URL as a good sitelink for a specific page on your site.

Check the header status. That url is giving 200 header status which should be 404. Resolve this and google will never consider this for sitelinks.
