Anyone else having difficult hearing Rhea's webinar:  Online Reputation Management?

I can barely understand what she is saying in this video.

Just had a quick listen, the sound quality isn't great, can be tough to understand parts. There's not much they can do about that though, except make sure the quality is better next time.
