Afraid you have to wait, you can however use Screaming Frog to re-crawl it right away.   RogerBot tends to crawl every week so you shouldn't have to wait too long.

You can use the Moz Crawl Tool, it exports all of your pages onto an excel document, its perfect for picking up duplicate content and broken links etc,

James is correct, you can force a crawl with this tool up to 3,000 pages. Regardless, Rogerbot crawls each site that you have a campaign set up for on the same day each week. (Go to the crawl diagnostics page to see the date of the last crawl.)
